The ten questions asked most often. Everything else is on what this is, and beyond that, in the code.

Only to mint
A wallet is needed only to mint a universe as an NFT. Browsing requires none.
Dimension mismatch
D is the number of spatial dimensions, and ours is 3. Hashes commonly yield 9, 14 or 18. At those values gravity is too steep for a planet to hold an orbit or an electron to stay bound to a nucleus, and the universe ends within the first second. More than nine blocks in ten stop at this gate, which is why a block that grows stars is uncommon.
Computed, not drawn
No artist, no layers, no asset library. Every image is a simulation of that universe's own parameters: a different viewing angle gives a different picture, and changing any constant changes it again.
887 free
887 are free (387 guaranteed slots plus 500 first-come), one per address, gas only. Gas on Arc is paid in USDC, so a mint costs a fraction of a cent and no separate fuel token is required. The price after that will be announced separately, and each address may mint at most 3 more. Total supply is 1,387, with no further issuance.
Yes
A mint is a standard ERC-721 and can be traded on OpenSea and similar venues, with 5% royalties. The site also provides listing and buying, with no marketplace fee.
Anti-sweep cap
Without a per-address cap, a script could take the entire supply in minutes and everyone else would be left buying on the secondary market. A cap of three keeps the primary mint within reach of more addresses. It is not there to create urgency.
Delivered before paid for
Most projects sell an allocation first and show the work later. Here the universe you intend to mint is already on your screen before you pay anything, and viewing is free. The scarcity is not a chosen number either: one block hash yields one universe, and once it is minted it does not recur.
Open source
The engine is open source under AGPL-3.0 at github.com/q3579338/arcbang. Any NFT can be recomputed locally and compared against the chain in two commands, listed on verify.
No
No token, no presale and no airdrop. The project is these 1,387 universes, and it is complete once they are minted.
